Refund Policy

We do not accept refund for items purchased from our webstore.However, if the purchased product is received in a bad shape or defective, buyers can opt to get a replacement unit.

Warranty

All pedals are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures, including malfunctions related to circuitry, switches, and other components found to be defective.Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse. Specifically excluded are:

• Broken or damaged knobs, pots, and jacks caused by physical impact or mishandling
• Cosmetic issues such as scratches, chips, or wear to external paint and finishes
• Malfunctions caused by incompatible or faulty external power supplies

For warranty service, customers are responsible for shipping costs, except for malfunctions reported within 10 days of receiving the product. Please contact us with your proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.

We do not share nor sell customer's information such as email addresses, shipping addresses, or telephone numbers to third parties. We maintain customer's sensitive information in our own records only for orders and/or warranty processing.
